The goal of establishing a fully integrated digital platform has been ongoing, the challenge lies in the fact the transport industry is dynamic which does not lend itself to an off the shelf package. A lot of work has been put in to the development and integration of our telematics software to interface with our reporting and invoicing accounting package. This is a cloud-based system allowing users to access from remote locations allowing staff access to information from any location. The system is also highly customisable.
The end goal is to integrate this through all departments within our company and also to create dashboards and reporting features for clients. Management will be able to track most KPIs on a real time basis.
We have also partnered with industry leaders in technology both in South Africa and internationally that provide products and services to the transport industry. These products and services are offered to all clients and is customised to their unique operation and needs as we understand that each client is different.
